I met David during my yoga teacher training at Jaya Yoga. It was a real gift to be in his small group of mentees throughout the semester of study and to have him as my particular mentor! I love his style and the way he teaches a class including his easy voice and how he narrates movement and weaves in concepts and that instruct and teach us something about our body and it’s evolution in movement in every class. You have to really love a teacher to attend 7am classes and David is THAT good! If he was teaching, you found a way to get there! As a teacher, I knew I wanted to emmulate his style and I asked if could audio record a class of his. I then transcribed it from the recording and still treasure that. I’ve not done that with any other teacher. David is not only a specialist of movement and anatomy and great teacher, he’s also a person with a beautiful spirit."
