A sensible practice that uses a chair as support to mobilize with awareness. This practice is very accommodating for beginners and those recovering from injuries while allowing experienced practitioners to go as deep as they'd like. Supported variations of the asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath awareness) will be incorporated to engage and calm. A chair will be needed but requires little extra space. It can be done at home or at the office to give yourself a break in the middle of the week. Open to any age, experience, ability, or those who simply have a desire for a calm cool practice.
** Pre-registration is required. This is organized through Momence which is a secure site and transactions will be via Stripe. The sessions will be recorded and a link will be sent to you after each class to allow you to practice on your own before the next session.
