RESTORATIVE FLOW  online course

$50 for the series, $15 per single session **

Restorative Flow will integrate calm paced vinyasa with moments of restorative yoga throughout the session. These classes will play with the idea that the best part of a stretch is when the body releases and the 'stretch' sensation subsides. Active and retreat, the opposites coexist and enhance the other. For the full effect a blanket is recommended but not required

  ** Pre-registration is required. To register and pay for the series go to my Momence page at https://momence.com/u/DavidFig . This is a secure site and transactions will be via Stripe. To sign up for single sessions, click on the registration link above then click on [ show all dates ] to select which days you'd like to join. The Zoom links are unique for each class and will be sent the day of. The sessions will be recorded and a link will be sent to you after each class.
